Availability: How can I check on available dates and times for Atlanta Walking Tours?
A: You can check the availability of an Atlanta Tour by clicking on the "Book a Tour" tab at the top of the page or clicking here.
Bookings On Site: Am I able to book an Atlanta Sightseeing Tour on site?
A: Yes you may. However, it is highly recommended that you book the tour of your choice at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive the best options for times and availability.
Brochures: Are brochures available? How can I receive one?
A: Yes brochures are available. In order to receive one you can fill out the Request Information box located in the top right of this page. In under the request section of the box just be sure to mention wanting a brochure and include your mailing address. A brochure will be mailed to you by the following business day upon receipt of your request.
Cancellation Policy: Are there any rules regarding the cancellation of my booking? If so what are they?
A: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Child Age: What ages does the child rate cover?
A: Children 5 years old and younger are free.

Languages: Are any other languages than English spoken on tours?
A: English is the only language spoken on tours until further notice.
Meals: Are meals included in the tours?
A: Meals are not included with tours. The food tour does offer samples of a variety of foods. However, it does not offer a complete meal.
Payment: How can I purchase tickets for the tour I wish to go on?
A: You can purchase tickets in advance online by going to the “Book a Tour” tab or clicking here.
Pricing Quotes: How can I find out the price of the tour?
A: You can find out the pricing of our various tours through each individual tour's information link found on the HOME page.
Purchase Timing: How far in advance can I make purchase my tickets?
A: Tickets can often be purchased up to 6 months in advance. We add future dates to our calendar periodically, so please check back if are looking to book far in advance.
Purchasing Tickets: How do I go about purchasing tickets for a tour?
A: Tickets can be purchased online.
Tickets & Confirmation: How will I receive my tickets?
A: In order to receive your tickets simply show your printed ticket code/email confirmation or simply pull it up on your smartphone when you check in at the meeting location for each tour.
Time of Tour: Are tours available anytime?
A: Each individual tour varies on the times that it is offered. You can see a complete listing of the tours and the times they are offered on the SCHEDULE page. The times offered for each tour are also listed on their individual information pages which are linked to the HOME page.
Weather: Will tours be canceled if rain is expected?
A: All tours are given rain or shine.
Wheelchairs: Are the tours provided wheelchair accessible?
A: All tours given are indeed wheelchair accessible.
Date Unknown: Are open dated tickets available in case I am not sure when I will be able to make the trip?
A: Yes, you can prepay and receive an open dated ticket. In order to receive an open dated ticket simply fill out the Request Information box in the top right hand corner of this page letting us know you would like to request an open dated ticket.
Dates of Operation: What days are tours available?
A: Tours are available every day of the week. Check out our tour calendar to see which tour times are currently available.
Dates of Operation on Holidays: Are tours available on public holidays?
A: Tours are NOT available on Christmas or Thanksgiving. However, all other holidays are available for booking.
Departure Point: Where does the tour depart from?
A: The departure point for the Civil Rights Tour and the Tastes of the South Tour is the front entrance of the Sweet Auburn Curb Market located at 209 Edgewood Ave SE where there is a parking lot with hourly paid parking rates.
The Downtown Tour and the Spirits of the Night Tour depart from the Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Downtown located at 123 Forsyth Street NW, Atlanta GA 30303, www.marriott.com/ATLDT, where there is a $10 daily valet parking rate for Sweet Peach Tours guests.
The departure point for the Antebellum Home tour is the Roswell Visitors Center in Downtown Roswell on the historical square.
The Step On Tours meet at a mutually agreed upon location determined at the time of booking.
Departure Times: Do the times of departure vary?
A: Yes we do have varying departure times. A listed schedule which includes the different tours the days of the week we operate and the varying times that departures take place can be found on the Schedules tab.
Description: What is included in each tour?
A: At least one trained guide will be present on every tour. Other than that what is included varies with each tour; refer to each individual tour's information page for specifics.
Discounts: Are discounts available?
A: Yes, group discounts are available for groups of five or more. Call 678-910-3104 for more information.
Drop-Off: Is a drop-off service provided for once the tour has ended?
A: Our company does not offer a drop-off service. Unless otherwise specified, each tour will end at the same location as the start.
Duration: What is the length of each tour?
A: The length of each tour varies. Below is a list of each tour as well as the length of time allotted for the tour. You can also find the tour lengths when referring back to each tours information page.
Downtown Tour - 2 miles and 2 hrs.
Phantoms of the Night Tour - 1.5 miles and 2 hrs.
Civil Rights Tour - 1.5 miles and 2 hrs.
Tastes of the South Tour - 2 miles and 2 hrs.
Downtown Art Tour - 2 miles and 2 hrs.
Antebellum Homes Tour - 3 miles and 3 hrs.
Email Response Not Received: Why have I not received a response to my email?

Group Tours: Are group tours available and is there a discount available for group tours?
A: Yes, Sweet Peach Tours does provide group tours. Groups of 5 or more receive a discount. Please call 678-910-3104 for more details and to schedule a group tour.
Hotels: Are there any hotels near the departure point?
